The idea for MKKV came from an association in which I was an active member. This association was founded by good friends of mine – active and former models, actors, and artists who were all dissatisfied with the work of their former agencies. The problems were always the same: high commissions, hidden fees, repayment clauses, long exclusive contracts, and constant pressure to meet "market demands."
From this experience, I founded MKKV in 2015 – with the goal of fundamentally changing the talent agency industry. The members of the original association were integrated into MKKV and are now an important part of our community.
What makes us special: Through our members and my friends, who have built extensive networks in their respective industries over many years, I (MKKV) have established numerous contacts worldwide. I have become the first point of contact for many of these contacts when they are looking for talent for their projects – often they choose one of our members before they even consider a public search. Clients contact us with a specific request. We search our database for matching members and propose them. The requested member is involved in the selection process, receives all information about the job, and decides whether they are interested. The client then chooses from the proposals.
We started as an association that already worked with membership fees. This model allows us to focus entirely on active placement without working on a commission basis. You keep 100% of your fee. Additionally, the model offers better data protection since your data stays exclusively with us.
No. We reject long-term exclusive contracts that forbid you from working with other agencies. With us, you are free. You decide whether you want to accept a job – without contractual penalties or pressure.
In 98% of cases, we find the perfect candidate on the first try. If it does happen that a member isn't suitable, our company covers the costs – you don't have to pay anything back.
Only our agents have access to the database. Your data is not shared with third parties and is exclusively protected through our internal data management. This is one of the major advantages of our membership model.
Specific placement cannot be guaranteed since we depend on client requests. However, through our active placement model and broad network, your chances of successful bookings increase significantly. We work daily to find suitable jobs for you.
Simply fill out the membership form, select your desired categories, and grant the SEPA direct debit mandate. After reviewing your information, you will be added to our database. You will receive final confirmation beforehand – only then does the membership fee become due.
